Message credits: 1 per SMS segment; 5 per MMS, inbound or outbound. Standard contiguous-US calls only; special destinations require an approved rate. AI extraction is measured by successfully processed pages, not attachment count. Ordinary uploads and manual filing do not consume extraction credits.
Not included in these estimates: taxes, card/ACH processing, screening, e-signature provider charges, business messaging registration/campaign fees, extra storage and custom migration. Supplier costs still need validation before commercial launch. Your approved customer rates remain unchanged. Additional services need upfront disclosure and approval.
The proposed assistant connects maintained product instructions, approved company policies and permission-checked live records. It is not a generic chat box with unrestricted database access.
Company, role, property and resident permissions must be checked before a tool or search runs. Caller ID is not sufficient identity verification.

Payments, refunds, banking changes, legal notices, access changes and screening decisions cannot be silently executed by the assistant.
