KKey ManagingCOMPANY PORTAL REVIEW
Company application

Start a separate company workspace.

A management company applies once, chooses its plan and optional services, and is reviewed before its own workspace is created. No tenant data or banking information belongs in this first form.

1. Company2. Plan3. Readiness4. Review
Do not upload or enter: Social Security numbers, EIN/tax IDs, bank/card information, tenant names, tenant ledgers, IDs, leases, or other private documents. Those are collected only later, in a secure provider-specific workflow when actually needed.
Occupied and vacant rentable units currently under management.
Use two-letter state codes separated by commas.

Optional services to review

Before the workspace can go live

1Verify the administrator email
The invited person proves control of the listed business email.
2Review the company and selected services
Key Managing checks scope, provider needs, and migration requirements.
3Sign the correct agreement package
Monthly plan agreement first; provider addenda only when selected.
4Complete MFA, roles, imports, and go-live review
Both the company and platform approve before live tenant data or providers are enabled.

Review your application

This prototype shows what the real application will create. It does not submit anything yet.

The final signature step will show versioned agreements, signer title, time, receipt copy, and cancellation/term details. It will never treat this checkbox as an executed contract.

Preview complete. In production, this would create a submitted company application and email-verification step—no workspace, contract, payment, or provider was activated here.
Client management login

Their company sign-in is separate from yours.

Every person enters the workspace through a verified account and server-controlled company membership. Key Managing platform staff have a different operator console; neither side can see the other by accident.

Company sign in

A real login will use the customer’s verified business email. The buttons are deliberately disabled in this review build.

Password or magic-link/OTP sign-in is chosen at launch. Google/Microsoft/SSO appears only after the provider is configured, allowed, and tested.

Access rules

Company AdministratorInvites staff, sets roles, reviews security, controls company configuration.
Manager / Accountant / MaintenanceOnly the role and property-scoped records required for their work.
Owner / Vendor / ResidentA separate, limited portal view—not a staff account.
Key Managing supportNo blanket access. A customer administrator grants narrow, time-limited, audited help access if needed.
Required at launch

Email verification

No unauthenticated visitor can discover whether a tenant, owner, or company exists.

Required at launch

MFA for high-risk roles

Company administrators and financial users complete MFA before access to financial or administrative functions.

Required at launch

Audit history

Logins, access grants, sensitive exports, settings, and protected actions are attributable and reviewable.

Support & onboarding

Help is easy to reach. Private data stays private.

Support begins before sign-in for locked-out people, continues in the workspace with permission-aware AI and human tickets, and never silently opens a customer’s records to platform staff.

Before sign-in

Account and product help

Public help can explain access recovery and product questions, but cannot disclose balances, documents, tenant names, or account status.

In product

Key AI Help

Explains released screens and reads only records the signed-in user may see. It can prepare a ticket or walkthrough and shows what it used.

Human escalation

Support ticket & specialist

Customer chooses category, impact, and safe attachments. A named onboarding specialist owns setup, imports, training, and go-live review.

Create a support ticket Preview only

Preview complete. No ticket, support access, customer record, or message was created.

Support schedule—publish before sale

This review build does not promise 24/7 human support. Before launch, Key Managing must publish the staffed hours, channels, response targets by severity, escalation contact, maintenance policy, status page, and any paid support plan.

Emergency safety issue?
Use the appropriate local emergency services or the management company’s emergency maintenance procedure. A website ticket or AI response must not be the only emergency response channel.

Remote support protections

  • Off by default.
  • Company admin chooses purpose, scope, and expiration.
  • System logs the grant, records opened, actions, and revocation.
  • No platform staff member has blanket tenant-document access.
Company agreements

One clear base agreement. Addenda only when needed.

The customer sees a readable summary, then signs a versioned agreement. A monthly order form is the default because Key Managing’s approved price card is monthly; any annual or longer term must be explicit.

Signature evidence

The real system will preserve the signer name/title, company, agreement/version, timestamp, e-signature evidence, permitted IP/device details, accepted copy, and delivery receipt. A checkbox is not treated as a completed contract.

Attorney approval gate

These are the correct document categories and product terms—not final legal documents. Counsel must approve the legal entity, governing law, liability/indemnity, privacy terms, data exit, telephony, payment, screening, consumer rights, and any SLA before a company can sign.
